At BodyFactory®, The Customer Comes First.
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we will work with you to resolve the issue through a refund, exchange, or store credit — subject to the terms below.
Return Eligibility
BodyFactory® will accept merchandise returns within 14 days of customer receipt.
To be eligible for a return:

A valid receipt is required (original sales receipt, gift receipt, or packing slip).

Merchandise must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

All seals must be intact.

Items must be returned in resalable condition.
Used or opened merchandise cannot be returned.
For safety and regulatory reasons, opened dietary supplements cannot be returned.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Final sale or clearance items

Promotional or complimentary items

Items marked “Final Sale”
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the incorrect item was shipped by BodyFactory®.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method. BodyFactory® is not responsible for returns lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
Returned merchandise will be inspected upon receipt prior to processing.
In-Store Purchases
Merchandise purchased in a BodyFactory® retail location must be returned to the original store of purchase.
Gift returns will receive a BodyFactory® merchandise credit gift card for the value of the returned item.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
If approved, you can expect to receive your refund within 3–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
Processing time includes:

1–3 business days for return inspection

3–6 business days for banking institutions to process the refund
You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.
Store credits and gift cards are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
Subscription Orders
If you are enrolled in a subscription program:

Orders that have already been processed or shipped are not eligible for cancellation.

Subscription cancellations must be made prior to the next billing cycle.

Opened subscription products are not eligible for return.
International Orders
For international shipments:

Duties, taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping and any associated customs charges.
Return Abuse & Fraud Prevention
BodyFactory® reserves the right to refuse returns, refunds, or exchanges in cases of:

Excessive return activity

Suspected fraud
-
Abuse of promotional offers

Policy violations
Accounts exhibiting suspicious activity may be restricted from future purchases.
Chargeback Policy
Before initiating a chargeback, customers agree to contact BodyFactory® at Info@BodyFactory.com to allow us the opportunity to resolve the issue.
Failure to contact us prior to initiating a chargeback may result in denial of future purchases.
Policy Modifications
BodyFactory® LLC reserves the right to modify this Return Policy at any time without prior notice.
