Subscribe & Save
Effective Date: January 1, 2026
Being a Subscribe & Save customer means you are enrolling in automatic recurring delivery (“Autoship”) of your selected products.
You will receive the products and quantities of your choice automatically at the frequency you select (every 15, 30, 45, or 60 days).
How Billing Works
By enrolling in Subscribe & Save, you authorize BodyFactory® LLC to:

Automatically charge your selected payment method

Store your payment credentials securely for recurring billing

Process charges on the day each scheduled shipment is prepared
Charges will occur automatically according to your selected delivery frequency unless canceled in accordance with this policy.
Minimum Commitment
By selecting Subscribe & Save, you agree to a minimum of three shipments:

Your initial shipment at checkout

Two additional shipments at your selected frequency
Early cancellation prior to fulfillment of the three-shipment commitment is not permitted.

Cancellation Policy
After completing the three-shipment minimum:

You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into “My Account”

Cancellations must be made before your next scheduled billing date

Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled
If cancellation occurs after a charge has been processed, that shipment will still be fulfilled.
Returns for Subscription Orders
Subscription orders are subject to the BodyFactory® Return Policy.
For safety and regulatory reasons:

Opened dietary supplements cannot be returned.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Payment Failures
If your payment method fails:

We may attempt to reprocess payment

Your subscription may be paused or canceled if payment cannot be completed
Pricing Changes
BodyFactory® LLC reserves the right to modify subscription pricing or discount amounts at any time. Any changes will apply to future shipments.
International Orders
For international Subscribe & Save orders:

Customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes
-
International shipping charges are non-refundable
-
Delivery times may vary due to customs processing
Additional Discounts
Only one discount may be applied per Subscribe & Save order.
Items not selected for Subscribe & Save will be charged at regular retail price.

Subscribe & Save participation is subject to the BodyFactory® Terms of Service and Return Policy available on BodyFactory.com.
