We provide a wide selection of delivery options that let you choose how quickly you want to receive your order.

Shipping Times

All items are shipped from our fulfillment center in West Hollywood, California. We strive to ship orders the same day they are placed, but in some instances orders may require two (2) business days to ship. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you and give you a delivery estimation.

Ground Shipping	Orders placed by 2 p.m. Pacific Standard Time (PST) will ship same day.
Express Shipping	Orders placed by 2 p.m. PST will ship same day. Orders placed after that will ship the following business day.
Overnight Delivery Early AM or Saver	Orders placed by 2 p.m. PST will ship same day, if ordered after it will ship the following business day.
Overnight Delivery Friday	Customers can choose Saturday delivery for orders placed by Friday at 2 p.m. PST, but will incur a charge of $15.00.

Shipping Costs

Flat rate shipping is available for $5.95 to anyone in the Continental United States. Shipping costs depend on the options you choose, the size and weight of the item, and where the order is going. To estimate shipping costs, add an item to your cart and then click on your cart. Enter your zip code in the box and click "Get Shipping Estimate". It will provide you with a shipping estimate.

Gift Cards have a shipping charge of $4.99 per gift card regardless of the card amount.

Packing Materials

Environmental protection is a priority for the conservation of precious natural resources and the continued health of our planet. BodyFactory recognizes its responsibility as a global citizen and is continually striving to reduce the environmental impact of the work we do and the products we create. BodyFactory orders are shipped in previously-used corrugated containers which on average contain 43% recovered fiber content. Once used, these containers are 100% recyclable for use in the manufacture of other paper products.

Sales Tax

A 10.25% sales tax will be added to orders shipped to California.

I have been really excited about this product and how many great ingredients it has but k only recently realized that it has gums and other toxic ingredients. I want to continue using it but they would have to clean up the product so it’s much healthier.

BEST PROTEIN POWDER and VERSATILE!

I've been drinking BodyFuel and PBVs for over a decade. I used to drive into Hollywood from the valley in the mornings just to get a shake before work. For the past several years, I've been using the powder to make smoothies at home and they have never disappointed. Lately, I've started to become a little more adventurous with the powder, adding it to other things. It makes ANYTHING taste better. Love mixing some into plain greek yogurt or sprinkling a little bit into my oatmeal. Also, if you mix it with orange juice, it tastes like a dreamsicle. I will buy this stuff for as long as they're selling it.
