What is BodyFactory?

BodyFactory was founded by Robert Green in 1992. From day one‚ Robert had the vision to improve his clients’ lifestyles for the better. He witnessed first-hand the lack of a simple instruction booklet on life and how to better it through diet‚ fitness and spiritual awakening. His goal therefore became one of creating a fun and easy way to enhance life for individuals. He wanted to design an environment that was non-judgmental‚ easily understood‚ and more importantly‚ one that produced a fun way to take pleasure in exercise‚ nutrition and health. BodyFactory has become this dream environment.

To access your past order history:

1. Login to access your Account. 2. Past Orders are listed under Order History.

To update your shipping address:

1. Login to your account.
2. Select Edit under “Shipping Accounts”.

To update your billing address or add a new address:
1. Login to your account
2. Select "Edit" under "Billing Accounts"
3. Make changes and once complete, click save.

To update your credit card information:
1. Login to your account
2. Select "Edit" under “Billing Accounts”.
3. Make changes and when complete, click save.

In most cases, orders are declined due to a mismatch of address, zip code, or security code. The information you provide must be correct and must match the information your credit card company has on file.

Shipping & Returns

All items are shipped from our fulfillment center in West Hollywood, California. We strive to ship orders the same day they are placed, but in some instances orders may require two (2) business days to ship. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you and give you a delivery estimation.

Flat rate shipping is available for $4.99 to anyone in the Contintenal United States. Shipping costs depend on the options you choose, the size and weight of the item, and where the order is going. To estimate shipping costs, add an item to your cart and then click on your cart. Enter your zip code in the box and click "Get Shipping Estimate". It will provide you with a shipping estimate.

A 9.50% sales tax will be added to orders shipped to California.

Environmental protection is a priority for the conservation of precious natural resources and the continued health of our planet. BodyFactory recognizes its responsibility as a global citizen and is continually striving to reduce the environmental impact of the work we do and the products we create. BodyFactory orders are shipped in previously-used corrugated containers which on average contain 43% recovered fiber content. Once used, these containers are 100% recyclable for use in the manufacture of other paper products.


Being an Auto-Ship customer means you wish to receive recurring delivery of our products (autoship). You'll receive the products and quantity of your choice automatically, at a frequency in which you choose (once every 30 or 60 days). These automatic deliveries will be billed to your credit card on the day of each scheduled shipment. By selecting Auto-Shipments, you are committing to a minimum of three shipments, the initial shipment when you place the order plus two more shipments in either 30 or 60 days.

Today, our program is only available to U.S. customers who reside in the 50 States. As our worldwide demand and distribution grow, we are continually looking for ways to expand and improve our program.

The Auto-Ship calculation allows only one discount. However, if you order additional items in your cart not selected for Auto-Ship they will be charged at their regular retail price. If you wish to place an order for products with additional discounts, please place as a separate (non-Auto-Ship) order.

Signing up is easy! Simply make your product selection using the 'Subscription' option found on every eligible product page, and complete your purchase.

After sign-up, manage your account by logging into 'My Account' and selecting 'Manage Subscription'.
