Returns and Shipping


We provide a wide selection of delivery options that let you choose how quickly you want to receive your order.

Shipping Times

All items are shipped from our fulfillment center in West Hollywood, California. We strive to ship orders the same day they are placed, but in some instances orders may require two (2) business days to ship. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you and give you a delivery estimation.

Ground Shipping Orders placed by 2 p.m. Pacific Standard Time (PST) will ship same day.
Express Shipping Orders placed by 2 p.m. PST will ship same day. Orders placed after that will ship the following business day.
Overnight Delivery
Early AM or Saver
Orders placed by 2 p.m. PST will ship same day, if ordered after it will ship the following business day.
Overnight Delivery
Customers can choose Saturday delivery for orders placed by Friday at 2 p.m. PST, but will incur a charge of $15.00.


Shipping Costs

Flat rate shipping is available for $4.99 to anyone in the Contintenal United States. Shipping costs depend on the options you choose, the size and weight of the item, and where the order is going. To estimate shipping costs, add an item to your cart and then click on your cart. Enter your zip code in the box and click "Get Shipping Estimate". It will provide you with a shipping estimate.

Gift Cards have a shipping charge of $4.99 per gift card regardless of the card amount.

Packing Materials

Environmental protection is a priority for the conservation of precious natural resources and the continued health of our planet. BodyFactory recognizes its responsibility as a global citizen and is continually striving to reduce the environmental impact of the work we do and the products we create. BodyFactory orders are shipped in previously-used corrugated containers which on average contain 43% recovered fiber content. Once used, these containers are 100% recyclable for use in the manufacture of other paper products.

Sales Tax

A 9.00% sales tax will be added to orders shipped to California.



The Customer Comes First Guarantee: Our policy is simple. We want you to be completely happy with your order. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you tell us how we can satisfy you via a refund, an online strore credit or an exchange for another item.

Returns and Exchanges

BodyFactory will accept merchandise returns within 14 days of customer receipt and will issue a credit or refund at the time of return only with a valid receipt. A valid receipt is an original sales receipt, gift receipt or packing slip. For a return to be accepted and processed the merchandise must be unopened and in original packaging. Used merchandise cannot be returned. All fragrance and cosmetics returns must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging for a credit or exchange to be issued. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless we shipped the wrong item.

We appreciate your understanding that BodyFactory merchandise may only be returned in person to one of our BodyFactory stores or by mail. Upon return, your merchandise will be inspected. Credits or refunds issued will be for the item value. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state laws. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

In-Store Purchases

Any BodyFactory merchandise purchased in store should be returned to the BodyFactory store where it was purchased. When a gift item is returned, a BodyFactory merchandise credit gift card will be issued to the gift recipient for the amount of the returned merchandise. All fragrance and cosmetics returns must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging for a credit or exchange to be issued.


You should expect to receive your refund within 7-14 business days from the date we receive your package at our distribution center. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period varies due to the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 3 business days) and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 6 business days). We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
